Post-Remediation Verification

The IICRC S500 Water Damage and S520 Mould Remediation Guidelines recommend that any remediation project undergoes a Post Remediation Verification Assessment or PRV. It is recommended that this be performed by an Indoor Environment Professional (IEP) and in most cases this is either an occupation or industrial hygienist, building biologist or experienced built environment professional.

Biosafety staff are qualified and trained in every aspect of PRV and include Occupational Hygienists, Occupation Technicians trained by IICRC and AIOH, Chemists, Biologists, Environmental and Public Health Experts.  We are able to provide this service for all remediation projects including:

• Mould Remediation

• Water and Sewerage Remediation

• Methamphetamine and Illicit Drug Remediation

• Biological Contamination 

• Fumigation Processes

• Smoke and Fire Damage Remediation

• Other 

We are able to provide third-party and most cases NATA accredited analysis and reporting for PRV on most projects.
